About Kim
Kim is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of TEKLEIGH, a leading provider in technology and management consulting services.
With over 30 years of experience as a dynamic and proven leader, Kim and her incredible team have grown TEKLEIGH through their exhaustive pursuit of serving clients at the highest level. Customer service and client retention are the cornerstone of TEKLEIGH in combination with technological innovation and sound business principles. Kim’s leadership style focuses on cultivating a culture of openness, creativity, and constant learning. She believes in empowering her team to lead, iterate rapidly and collaborate to solve challenges.
Kim’s extensive and diverse skills include advisory services, conducting assessments, developing strategic target operating models, implementation services, Fortune 500 corporates, private equity and leading large-scale programs. These span across a multitude of business segments and industries.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. She serves on the board and is involved with several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting STEM education and inclusion of underrepresented communities. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, reading, and traveling. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (not active).

At TEKLEIGH, Sheryl helps organizations define their digital vision and bring it to life.
She holds an MBA in Management from Webster University and a BSBA in Production & Operations Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
