Kim is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of TEKLEIGH, a leading provider in technology and management consulting services.

With over 30 years of experience as a dynamic and proven leader, Kim and her incredible team have grown TEKLEIGH through their exhaustive pursuit of serving clients at the highest level. Customer service and client retention are the cornerstone of TEKLEIGH in combination with technological innovation and sound business principles. Kim’s leadership style focuses on cultivating a culture of openness, creativity, and constant learning. She believes in empowering her team to lead, iterate rapidly and collaborate to solve challenges.

Kim’s extensive and diverse skills include advisory services, conducting assessments, developing strategic target operating models, implementation services, Fortune 500 corporates, private equity and leading large-scale programs. These span across a multitude of business segments and industries.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. She serves on the board and is involved with several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting STEM education and inclusion of underrepresented communities. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, reading, and traveling. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (not active).

Sheryl is Senior Vice President of Business Development at TEKLEIGH, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy and builds long-term client partnerships grounded in trust and measurable outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience across consulting, corporate leadership, and client-facing roles, Sheryl has built a career helping organizations navigate complex business and technology transformations. Her approach is deeply consultative – meeting clients where they are, understanding their business context, and aligning the right strategies, teams, and technologies to deliver results.

At TEKLEIGH, Sheryl stays hands-on with client relationships and solution design, partnering with executive leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to translate business challenges into actionable roadmaps. Her experience spans ERP, data, AI, modernization, and emerging technologies, and she’s known for balancing strategic vision with practical execution.

Outside of work, Sheryl enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family and friends. She holds an MBA in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Production & Operations Management from Southeast Missouri State University.

Laura Martin is a Human Resources professional with a strong background in driving strategic initiatives, fostering meaningful workplace relationships, and navigating complex employee relations. At Tekleigh, she plays a key role in supporting internal operations and advancing people-focused strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and team performance.

Prior to joining Tekleigh, Laura contributed to the success of Signature Medical Group, where she focused on enhancing recruitment processes and optimizing employee performance management systems. As a member of the executive leadership team, she played an integral role in aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and strengthening communication between staff and senior leadership.

Known for her collaborative approach and solutions-oriented mindset, Laura is valued as a trusted advisor who develops and implements innovative HR practices that support both employee growth and business success. She is passionate about creating positive, high-performing workplace environments where individuals feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Laura holds a degree from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
