Our Approach
Process before technology.
Before anything is configured, we map and optimize your business processes – what stays, what changes, what’s new. Moving to a new system is like moving houses: box up the clutter and haul it over, and you’ve just paid for an expensive change of scenery. We’ll help you sort it out before the move, not after – to optimize your implementation.
Listen first, then advise.
Our initial conversations are mostly diagnostic. We gain a shared understanding of what’s driving the change and where you want to go, then we shape a plan to fit. We’ve got tools and accelerators to hit the ground running, but we’re not a firm that arrives with a pre-loaded template that bends your business to match it.
A Shared Ownership in Driving Adoption.
A new system means new processes, and go-live is where the rubber meets the road. We’ll help build visibility, drive training and enablement, and maintain momentum throughout the implementation process to effectively drive change through your organization. Expert change management is baked into every project we do.

How We Work
Designers, not just configurators.
We can relate to the work your teams do because we’ve done it ourselves. Our implementation consultants are experienced finance and business operations experts skilled in ERP workflow design and configuration. Most partners are solely focused on getting the platform to run; we know the business process and how to shape the technology to ensure it runs correctly.
Partners, not permanent fixtures.
We’ll be with you as long as you need us, not as long as we can stay. We build in knowledge transfer as part of our model to leave your teams equipped to take ownership for the long-term. Our clients call us back because they want to, not because they have to.
Pragmatic, not pushy.
Our principals have spent thirty years in ERP, long enough to have seen almost everything: when to go live and when not to, how long to run hyper-care, what speed bumps tend to surface and when, and whether a platform is right-sized for the company. We meet you where you are and tailor the implementation to fit your needs.
Adoption, not just deployment.
Every implementation is also a change for your people: new processes, new habits, new ways of working. We manage that deliberately by bringing people into testing early, training in a way that sticks, and making a clear, convincing case for the change itself. It’s the difference between a system that’s live and one that’s used.

Who We Work With
Most clients come to us in one of three situations.
You’ve outgrown what you have. Your current system is unsupported, no longer being reinvested in, built for a smaller company than you’ve become, or simply not ready for where you’re headed – including the latest in AI. You need to move to a modern platform that will hold up as you grow. This is our bread and butter.
You own more than you’ve activated. You bought the full suite, implemented the essentials, and the rest is sitting on the shelf. Now you want to activate the modules you’re already paying for, without starting a fresh implementation from scratch. We do this all the time.
You need capabilities you don’t have yet. Whether it’s advanced compensation, strategic sourcing, or a new procurement flow, we’ll help you pick the module that fits, then implement it so it works within your existing system.

What clients often miscalculate:
your implementation doesn’t end at go-live.
Making sure people use the new system, that it performs the way it’s supposed to, and that it delivers the value you expected… that’s the challenging work that comes after go-live.
Some clients do that hard work themselves, and we’ll leave your team well-equipped to carry it forward after implementation if that’s the route you want to go. Other clients ask us to help with that first-year adoption curve:
- Measure against real KPIs
- Catch the edge cases that surface down the road
- Get your people fully onto the new system
It’s all part of how we help you realize the full value of your ERP investment over the long-haul.

Let’s talk about your next project
If you’re weighing a new system, planning an upgrade, or sitting on modules you’ve never implemented, the first step is a conversation.
We’ll look to understand where you are, what’s driving the change, and where you’re trying to get to. From there we can tell you how we can help, and what a path forward would look like.
